Arrows
...Had the MTP session today.
Generally positive comments...
Except that I am over-stressed.
Self induced stress, to be precise...
But, things did not go as smoothly as I hoped it would.
I think I fared pretty badly today.
Couldnt keep my emotions in.
And was emotionally and mentally unstable for a large part of today.
I think I still am, now.
Words hurt.
Once a sound leaves the mouth,
no matter how much you regret or try to take it back,
It is impossible...
But the harm intended or not intended is there.
It cuts thru hearts,
more painful that being pierced by hundreds of arrows.
I tried to keep it in.
I tried.
I tried.
I didnt got a book for myself today, but I got one for my bro.
I think I didnt have the mood?
Everything just seemed so plain, so ordinary, so UNinteresting.
I never thought I would cry alone.
In public...
I just cant hlp it.
I try to hide it...
On the bus, when I was alone.
Wad made me so sad is that, no matter how much I try to achieve my best..
No matter how presentable I think my results are.
It is just inadequate.
After we had tried our best, put in our best effort and achieve wad we deserve,
Dont we deserve a pat on the back?
Or, a good job.
It is enough, to receive this kind of acknowledgement.
We are humans, we are man.
We crave recognition...
But more so as a child.
It wounds, it hurts.
To be unable to receive any compliments, or any supprt.
Just rounds after rounds of cold water...
Freeze.
